We are recruiting FOA qualified fibre optic technicians for projects in and around Pretoria.
Skills required:
- Splicing at a high quality standard – dB Loss to a minimum
- Ability to splice up to 144F
- Dome joint preparations and installations
- Fault finding with both OTDR and VFL
- Ability to read and interpret splicing diagrams
- Code 8 driver’s license will be an advantage
- Job card management and reporting
- Following health and safety regulations
- Floating cable
- Understanding different fibre components and tools
