Nucom Resources (Nucom) was founded in October 2019 with the aim of fostering economic growth. Our management team brings over six decades of industry-specific experience in the labour, recruitment, human resources and security sectors. This extensive experience is reflected in our effective resource management, productivity driven by clear targets, strict adherence to legislative requirements, and efficient daily operations.
Our momentum is driven by our extensive client network and proven track record. We strive to deliver comprehensive services, supported by our reputation for excellence built over more than 35 years of experience in the steel, manufacturing, production, logistics, retail, and telecommunication industries. By consulting with established industry-leading training centers, our management team has crafted a service proposal that meets the diverse demands of these sectors.
Our planned initiative for expanding our current service delivery focuses on reinvesting available capital into the development and training of our valued human resources. This approach aims to cultivate the best employable candidates and implement industry-leading technology.

Nucom aligns with a fully accredited SHEQ Management Consultant to ensure compliance with current legal practices across all operations. Regular training, overseen by our SHEQ Manager, is paramount to maintaining safety standards.
Unannounced site inspections are conducted routinely by Health and Safety Officers to address non-conformances promptly, with ad hoc and retraining measures implemented as needed.
Supplier Management:
All suppliers undergo pre-qualification checks for legal compliance before becoming approved vendors. We continuously monitor supplier products and services to ensure quality, reliability, and alignment with improvement goals.
Maintaining a healthy and sustainable supply chain is crucial for Nucom to meet market demands, regularly assessed and adjusted as necessary.

Our affiliation with the National Bargaining Council for the Road Freight and Logistics Industry (NBCRFLI), Metal and Engineering Industry Bargaining Council (MEIBC), and Steel and Engineering Industries Federation of South Africa (SEIFSA) enables us to provide comprehensive services to organizations operating in the transport, logistics, and steel manufacturing sectors.
