Humphrey Malegodi

Humphrey grew up in Limpopo. He completed Matric in 2015 and moved to Gauteng in 2016 to further his studies. He started to work at McDonald’s in Tembisa in 2019 as a waiter while he was studying. His journey with Nucom Resources started in January 2020 when he was temporary contracted for 2 months to work as a picker on our Client’s site Uni-Span. We recognized Humphrey’s eagerness to perform and that opened the door for another opportunity as a picker/packer with our Client, Turf Ag. The employment was also of a temporary nature and other opportunities became available. He worked as a Inventory controller at our Client, Rhenus Logistics before finally being promoted to Process Controller at Vermont Sales. After only a few months at Vermont Sales, we were able to promote him once again to Team Leader in 2022.
Mr. Malegodi took a risk in moving to Gauteng without employment, but his strive for success enabled him to find permanent employment.
Humphrey would like to keep working for Nucom Resources, he wants to build on his career and he plans to work his way up to a management position. He would also like to study Marketing / Safety and Finance Management in the near future.
